Basic Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 T finely chopped shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Place ingredients in blender and puree. Chill overnight and serve. - This recipe is vegan
